What is your shipping policy?
Shipping is Free for all our products within the Continental USA. Please allow 4 weeks for shipping from the date of the order. For express delivery, international delivery and outside the Continental USA, please contact us for shipping charges.
Can I return any item?
Only damaged or defective product discovered upon delivery . Personalized items, all products except for “natural” colored products are not exchangeable. Used pet feeders are not returnable.
You must contact us via e-mail or call us within 48 hours.
How do I return an item?
When shipping your return item, be sure to include a copy of the invoice and use a reputable shipper that provides tracking services as we are not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments. It is also a good idea to insure the product for its actual value. Please allow 2 weeks for processing and the credit for your item to be applied to your account.
